Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Malaysia.
Contact Meowwork for worldwide shipping! 
When will my order be shipped? 

As Meowwork is a one-person in-charge studio, please allow a processing time of 3 -10 working days for your shipment.

Kindly note that all the orders will only be processed from Monday to Friday, weekends and Malaysia Public Holidays will not be included.

How much is delivery charge? 

Shipping fee is MYR8 for West Malaysia and MYR 12 for East Malaysia.

Free shipping apply with purchased over MYR200 required.

How do i track my order?​

Tracking number will be sent to your email after the order has been shipped.

If you haven't received the tracking number for your purchase, please contact me through WhatsApp along with your order number.

How can i edit my shipping address?

If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly contact me at WhatsApp, as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments.

We are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid by the courier company during delivery.

What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?

Recipients are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from the couriers. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number are accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies get to you as quickly as possible!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

All goods sold are non-refundable due to hygiene purposes. 

Please contact Meowwork at WhatsApp prior to purchasing with any questions or queries.If you believe your item is damaged or defected in any way, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a description and photograph of the issue.Please note we maintain the right to reject any return or exchange requests, however we will do what we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
